Portrait 

These are portraits either taken during an official publicity shoot or during one of many musical productions in which I partook as a professional singer. A publicity shoot typically lasts around three hours. The first hour is usually spent setting up the lighting or positioning if on location with available light, as well as getting to know each other better. Few people love to pose, most others are often hesitant to show themselves. I try to connect in a calm way and to find out what it is a person wants to show and share with the world. I usually start with the technically most advanced and therefore safe lenses, settings and lighting and end at wider apertures with the legacy lenses  that can produce special effects and character that is hard to find in state of the art lenses.
